The secondary tank is full and the load jet adjustment seems to change how much fuel it gets. Bringing the throttle back to idle and it dies. The only way it will run is with the throttle wide open. The engine has tons of compression and the spark is really strong. The carb slips onto the intake tube and is held in place by the gas tank.
