Joel Freeman is an incredible instructor and his training routines are creative and challenging. LIFT4 is another Beachbody favorite of mine. I especially loved how I felt after these workouts because they’re not high-impact, but they helped me become more conscious of my posture and alignment. My butt has firmed up so much from “the pretzel” move that I’ve perfected over the course of this 8-week program.
